Throw a ball. It never stops.
An incremental brick breaker with no paddle and no way to lose. Break a world of two million blocks, one block at a time. Then find out what you broke.
There is no paddle. There is no way to lose.
Pick a spot in the dark, aim, and throw. Every ball you throw bounces forever.
Break blocks, earn money, buy more balls. Upgrade them, evolve them, and fuse them into stranger things. Fire spreads. Lightning arcs. Frost shatters, acid eats, bombs go off, and gravity crushes everything near it. Before long thousands of balls are tearing through the rock at once.
Somewhere above you, something is waiting.
Throw one.
Click or tap anywhere to throw a ball from the hollow towards that spot. It will bounce forever. In the game, that's how it starts.
That's the lot. The real world has two million.
Twelve kinds of ball. Every one bounces forever.
Each has three upgrades. Max all three and it evolves into something stronger. The first four turn up as you dig deeper; the rest are waiting in the rubble.
Pebble
A plain bouncer. Hits in a streak pay more and more.
Iron
Heavy. Ploughs straight through soft rock and knocks other balls off course.
Fire
Sets blocks alight. Fire spreads to the blocks around it, then burns out.
Lightning
Every hit arcs to the blocks nearby. Ore takes double.
Frost
Freezes what it hits. The next hit lands three times as hard and shatters it into shrapnel.
Acid
Splashes acid that keeps eating blocks for a few seconds after it's gone.
Midas
Blocks it breaks pay far more, with a chance of a jackpot.
Bomb
Every few hits it goes off, damaging every block in a circle.
Drill
Each hit carries on into the blocks behind.
Splitter
Throws off little shards that hit whatever they meet.
Gravity
Every second or so, crushes every block around it, hit or not.
Prism
Every bounce fires beams of light into the rock.
Ten fusions to discover.
Put two kinds of ball on the bench and merge them. Only some pairs bond, and the game won't tell you which. It only whispers.
Meteor
Ploughs through rock like Iron, and every hit sets the blocks around it alight.
Plasma Storm
Burns and arcs at once, and its arcs set whatever they strike on fire.
Undiscovered
“What burns can still be frozen, and it hates it.”
Undiscovered
“There is an acid that eats gold.”
Undiscovered
“Lightning, broken into little pieces.”
Five more
The whispers will find you.
Two ultimate balls
Fuse the fusions. That's all we're saying.
Thousands at once
Buy them, throw them, and watch the rock come apart.
Watch it come apart.

Hand-painted world
Painted blocks, glowing magma, villagers, sheep, deer and birds. Whatever's up there.
Good questions.
Is there really no paddle?
Really. You aim and throw, and every ball keeps bouncing on its own forever. Your job is deciding what to throw, where, and what to spend the money on.
Can I lose?
No. There's no game over and no timer. The rock always gives way in the end. The question is what happens when it does.
Is it an idle game?
It's an incremental: numbers go up, the world comes down, and the balls keep working while you plan your next purchase. It doesn't play itself while it's closed, though. The world waits for you.
How long is it?
About three and a half hours to the ending for most players, depending on how you spend.
Do I need to be online?
No. Breakworld is single player and works offline. Trophies, achievements and cloud saves come from your platform as usual.
When is it out?
We'll announce the release date here first. Breakworld is coming to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC.
